Its a "Brizo" Kind of Day: The Jason Wu Collection

As I mentioned in my post yesterday, the Brizo brand is taking me and a group of 18 other designers and design influencers to Fashion Week in New York!

Day 1 with the team from Brizo and #Blogger19 bunch for the kick start of the New York Fashion Week is going to be amazing..We have a heavily packed set of events and the start of our day will be at Sur la Table.. with a culinary experience like no other.

I am really excited about joining Brizo on Friday for the
Jason Wu Spring Fashion show and looking forward to feeling inspired for next seasons glorious colors and shapes.

As some of you may remember, Jason was the designer catapulted to international fame when he dressed Michelle Obama so beautifully, however he has been an A List fashion designer as well as combining his many talents with brands, such as Brizo, to create beautiful collections as a continued line of expression.

Jason & Brizo began their collaboration in 2011, on a collection of faucets, fittings and accessories for the bathroom with the highly acclaimed Jason Wu for Brizo powder room collection.

"The collection is themed around a Baroque flower.. subtle..
...manipulating water is all about fluidity in design and movement."

The Brizo products "are functional sculptures or jewelry for the home"

To get you all in the mood I thought I would share a little about who Jason Wu is and his relationship with Brizo.. Watch this clip and see why I am so excited!
